Brahmi
is a Sanskrit word that refers to the feminine essence of universal consciousness as well as the creative potential that emerges from pure awareness. Bacopa Monnieri has been used in Ayurvedic medicine to strengthen and improve both short and long-term memory, support focus and concentration, and to generally balance emotional states. Often used to support meditation as they increase the clarity, subtlety, and openness of mind. It has also demonstrated benefits for athsma, mast cell stabilization, increasing thyroid hormone levels, and being anti-spasmodic for smooth muscles.

A unique quality, brahmi is simultaneously calming and stimulating, improving daytime alertness and focus while reducing stress throughout the system and improving the quality of sleep at night—that being said, you may want to avoid use after 6pm, especially if you already struggle with insomnia or racing thoughts around bedtime.

Bacopa may also improve health and longevity by supporting hair, skin, scalp, blood cells, and tissue states.
